Deep Water Fitness
Deep water classes provide an opportunity to receive a cardiovascular workout without impact on the joints. When suspended up to the chest in water, 75%-90% of the body's weight is cancelled. Water buoyancy supports your weight, and moving through the water provides resistance, which in turn strengthens the muscles.
Class will be held at The Swim Center on the first Monday of each month.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
